Once you have completed your ticket setup, you are going to see two emails. The first will be an acknowledgement of the submission, with a ticket number on it. Once your submission is reviewed, you will receive a second email with further instructions. Normally this is second email is sent during business hours within 90 minutes of a ticket creation. If you don't see an email reply within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk filters as we are told the replies have been found by customers in those folders.
