Please make sure to include the following before shipping your metal detector to our facility.
- HS Number - The HS number must be clearly marked both inside and outside the box. You will obtain this during your initial phone call to Minelab.
- Description of the issue(s) - Try to be as specific as possible regarding the issues you are experiencing with your detector.
- Send ALL Electronic Components - While initially it may not seem important to send everything, it is actually helpful to the technician to diagnose the issue with your detector if you could kindly send all electronic parts for your detector in for repair. These components include batteries, coils, and all control boxes. Failure to do may result in a delay in processing your repair. Things NOT needed to be sent include shafts, rods, harnesses, etc.
